This product is operated by Serena / PossiGo (“we”, “us”). It helps you study for the real estate licensing exam (with a California focus). We collect as little personal data as we can.

Our products

Website — interactive course and flashcards at realestatelicensenotes.com. Full unlock uses email login so you can return later.
iOS app — the same study method as a native app. Full unlock is a one-time Apple In-App Purchase. The app does not create an account.

Information we process

Website

Email address — only when you unlock the full course or request a login link. Used to verify purchase and send magic login links.
Purchase / access records — so we know your email has unlocked the course.
Payment card details are handled by our payment processor (e.g. Stripe); we do not store full card numbers.

iOS app

Study progress & language preference — stored only on your device.
Apple In-App Purchase status — processed by Apple and tied to your Apple ID. We do not receive your full payment card details.
The iOS app does not ask for your email, name, or phone number.

Deliver and restore course access
Respond to support emails
Meet accounting / tax obligations for purchases

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use advertising trackers across other companies’ apps or sites.

Analytics & cookies

The website may use basic hosting or essential cookies needed for login and security. We do not run third-party advertising networks.

Internet access (iOS)

Lesson content in the iOS app works offline. Internet is needed only to show App Store prices, purchase, or restore purchases.

Children

This product is a professional exam-study tool and is not directed at children under 13.
